This stuff is fantastic! It helps with the aches & pains and helps me sleep. I will not ever go without it ever again. Consistency is nice and smooth, a little goes a long way. Smells great! Not greasy nor does it stain. Packaged well even though I personally would prefer a glass jar over the plastic but that is the ONLY gripe I have. I HIGHLY recommend it!
