I cannot express enough how this product needs to be in every home. If you need to sleep or need relief from an aggravating pain you need this product. I have a family member who used it on a bruised heel and a sciatica. The relief began the next morning and with co tinier use has almost been eliminated. I have used it to relax before bedtime and have had the most relaxing sleep ever. You are missing out if you do t get a bottle.

Amazing lotion!!
This magnesium lotion is a blessing! It does everything it says in the description. It has relieved about 70% of pain I get in my heal and relaxes my calf muscles. I do a lot of physical activity and I am very happy that this safely addresses my aches and pains. Furthermore, I apply this at bedtime and have been sleeping so much better! The aroma of the peppermint oil is very pleasant and it helps to clear my sinuses as an added bonus. Great product will be purchasing again! Thank you TMO.

I adore this magnesium lotion. I am very active and get muscle fatigue, especially my lower back.
I've been using this in my lower back several times a day and it's amazing.

This is my second review. I have since ordered again in the larger size. My husband says it works great. It helps him get to sleep right away and his restless leg is literally non existent. Great stuff. I will have to try it. I bought the small one first. Give it a try. Has worked where many others have failed.
