I love that the lotion is effective at relieving my occasional night time leg cramps. And I like the idea of a lotion so much better than the magnesium spray I've been using. But I wish it did not have the peppermint oil. It does not add to the effectiveness and makes the fragrance less appealing. I also found the lotion so thick that it didn't squeeze out of the lid's opening well. I have to take the entire cap off and this makes it harder to get only the small amount I need. Not sure I will be reordering this product when my current bottle is empty. I really wanted to like this product.

Great Results!
I have been dealing with complications with two of my fingers after carpal tunnel surgery. I have been taking magnesium and potassium to help with cramping. It helps a little but I still have the cramping. If I use this lotion before any cramps happens in the morning, I don't have cramps. I am amazed at how good this works, so much so I will be recommending this to my Doctor so he can share the information with more patients like me. I'm very pleased.
